The IOT Plus International 2G Cellular Gateway, built on a GSM (2G) wireless engine, integrates with the IOT Plus wireless access point network and supports all IOT Plus wireless sensors. This option is well-suited for regions where 2G networks remain available and reliable.
For modern and future-ready deployments, the IOT Plus IoT Cellular Gateway supports advanced 4G LTE Category M1 (CAT-M1) and Narrowband IoT (NB-IoT) Release 2 (NB2) technologies. These standards provide low-power, long-range, and globally scalable connectivity, keeping sensors connected to the internet across international locations.
