Dry Contact

  • Our wireless dry contact sensors can be used to detect contact between two wired contact points. This sensor can be used with an external mechanical switch or a contact plate to alert the user via SMS text and/or email when the contacts touch or a switch is triggered.

    WARNING: Use caution when interfacing to Monnit and ALTA Dry Contact Sensors. Any external AC or DC Voltages WILL DAMAGE the electronics of the wireless sensor. We are not responsible for troubleshooting, replacing or reimbursing damages incurred by disregarding this warning.
