Iotplus Data Backup

Iotplus maintains data regular data backups on our servers. We process backups with the following details.

Full Backups

There is a full backup of each database completed once per week. This file contains all data from the selected database at the time the process runs. We store this backup locally in the datacenter for two weeks. In addition, there is an automated job that encrypts the backup and uploads it to a geographically redundant location.

Log File Backups

The files that log each transaction in the database are backed up every 30 minutes. These files contain all transactions that happened since the previous log file backup. We store this backup locally in the datacenter for two weeks. In addition, there is an automated job that encrypts the backup and updates it to a geographically redundant location.

Disaster Recovery

Backups for disaster recovery are stored at the geographically redundant location for 45 days.
